Claudia
She/Her
My passion for movement began at the age of three, when I first stepped into a dance studio. What started as a childhood passion became an eight year professional dance career, working across theatre, television and film, and travelling the world doing what I loved.
After covid, I decided to channel my experience and understanding of movement into the fitness industry, transitioning into personal training and strength and conditioning coaching.
However, it was becoming a mum that truly transformed my approach to fitness. Motherhood gave me a completely new perspective on what it means to be strong, both physically and mentally. It encouraged me to reassess my own relationship with exercise, moving away from a purely performance-driven mindset towards one that prioritises balance, longevity and overall wellbeing.
Today, my coaching philosophy is rooted in helping people build strength, confidence and a positive relationship with movement, while recognising that fitness needs to complement real life, not compete with it.
I believe that training should be both empowering and enjoyable. Whether you're taking your first steps into fitness or looking to strengthen both your physical and mental wellbeing, my goal is to help you feel capable, confident and strong in your own body, both inside and outside the gym.
