She/They

I learnt the importance of movement and the enjoyment it brings early on in life. When I was 9, I began competing in gymnastics and worked hard through my teenage years to represent Bermuda in competition. This was a wonderful experience and helped to give me the motivation to move to England and complete a Masters in Strength and Conditioning. This gave me a different focus and I fell in love with using what I was learning in order to get stronger and to help other people. As a kid growing up I loved watching Ninja Warrior, so I auditioned for it on a whim and managed to qualify! I got through to the 2nd round, luckily I can swim, as I managed to fall in the water and so didn't go any further, but it was great to try something new!
