Henry specialises in helping people who want to feel stronger, move more freely, and improve their health without feeling judged or overwhelmed. Whether you're returning to exercise after years away, managing aches and pains, or simply don't know where to start, Henry will meet you where you are.
His sessions focus on building confidence first. You'll learn how to move well, improve your balance and mobility, and build strength safely with expert guidance every step of the way. There's no pressure to lift heavy weights or keep up with anyone else—just a programme designed around you, your goals, and your pace.
Drawing on his experience as a qualified boxing coach, Henry also incorporates fun, low-impact boxing drills, functional exercises, and bodyweight movements to improve fitness, coordination, and everyday movement. Every session is adapted to suit your ability, helping you feel capable and confident from day one.
Henry has spent over 8 years as a Coach in Oxford, volunteers at a Young People Project in Brixton and lives Plant Based. Henry also holds a law degree, because being a coach wasn't enough for him.
