Hi! I'm James. I have always had a love for movement and a desire to help people find their own particular love for it, whether that's from the physical health benefits, feeling stronger and fitter, making connections with people, or improving mental health. I want to help make exercising seem less intimidating by giving people the skills to have confidence in themselves through their own journey, and helping them enjoy the process.

I got my bachelors in sport and exercise science, and then went on to do my gym instructing qualification. I have helped out with community circuit training sessions, and ran cycling proficiency sessions for young people. I believe sport and exercise have so much to offer for everybody and so should be accessible and accommodating. 

My greatest enjoyment comes from adventure sports such as rock climbing, trail running, and mountain biking. I love learning new skills, and have practised powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, and callisthenics. I have interests in injury rehabilitation, nutrition, and holistic wellbeing. I find joy in helping people feel healthy and happy within themselves, and I'm thrilled to be part of the team at the Project Pt helping you achieve your goals.
