Our trainers specialise in pain management, strength training, sports specific training and those recovering from illnesses.

The majority of our customers have never felt comfortable in a commercial gym and have often had bad experiences with exercise. Our aim is to make everyone feel celebrated and cable of regaining strength and control in their movements.

Personal Training takes place in our Magdalen Road Gym, online or in your house.

We pride ourselves on working with the best coaches in the UK. All our coaches are qualified to a high standard and have years of experience working with many different clients. But most importantly they are all lovely!

We start with an assessment of your movement patterns to better understand your strengths, weaknesses and goals. We then develop you a programme of exercises to work towards depending on what the assessment has established.

Personal Training for us is about working alongside our clients to improve their everyday lives and achieve a greater level of fitness and understanding of movement patterns.

Our session prices vary depending on our coaches experience, our minimum session package is 4 per month. We offer sessions for all ages, including under 16s. Please fill in the contact form below should you have any questions.
