Coach - Botley Gym

Full Time 35 Hours Per Week, Sunday - Thursday Shift Pattern (Flex)

Salary: £24,570 - £26,390.

We work on a tiered coaching system, Coach - Senior Coach - Head Coach.

Option to Personal Train with 50/50 split.

We are looking for our next coach to join our wonderful team at Botley Gym. This position is perfect for anyone who shares our core values of Kindness, Inclusivity, Community & Impact. A love of Boxing would be a huge benefit.

Essential qualifications:

Level 2 Coach - Level 3 only can Personal Train.

First Aid Trained

All other qualifications will be delivered by ourselves during your onboarding process and include safeguard training, health & safety and data training.

You will spend over 70% of your shifts coaching our classes or delivering 1:1s. You will have opportunities to work with Vulnerable Young People or teach on our kids classes or holiday camps. We will build the right role around the successful candidate.

Our teams meet once a week to learn together, meet quarterly for team events and receive our Project PT+ package which includes 5 paid self care days, financial budget for CPD training, free childcare camps and a lot more!
