At The Project PT, your commitment to your journey is important to us, and we're here to support you. To ensure fairness and clarity for all our members, we have outlined our purchase policy below.
Services
All purchases for our services are final as they reserve a dedicated space or time for you. This includes Personal Training, workshops, memberships, courses, and event tickets. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on any services purchased.
We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. While we cannot process a refund, we may, at our discretion, be able to offer a membership pause, a credit note, or transfer the value of your purchase to another service or future date for your own use. Please note that all service credits and purchases are for your personal use and are strictly non-transferable to any other person.
Products & Merchandise
If you purchase a product from us that is found to be faulty, please return it to one of our sites. We are committed to making it right and will do our best to repair or replace the item for you in line with consumer rights.
Exceptional Circumstances
Should an event beyond our control occur, such as a government-mandated lockdown, we will of course support our members. In such cases, we will offer the option to freeze all memberships, packages, and event tickets until we can safely resume our services.
