Postnatal exercise helps improve mood, increase energy levels, and reduce stress, essential for navigating the challenges of new parenthood. Research shows that regular physical activity after birth can also support better sleep and boost confidence as you rebuild strength and reconnect with your body.

Our sessions focus on core strength, mobility, and functional movement. Come every week, or just when you can - we've made it flexible.

Exercising alongside your child doesn’t just model healthy habits, it builds a deeper connection. It’s more than just being a role model, training together boosts communication, confidence, and emotional wellbeing for both of you.

That’s why we’ve created Family Training Sessions — a fun, weekly class for one adult and one child (aged 7+) to move and support each other in a relaxed, inclusive environment.
