Join us for our Open Days

On the 12th and 13th of september, we’re opening our doors to the whole family, come experience our sessions, meet our coaches, and get a feel for the atmosphere that makes our gym different.

  • Learn to lift

    Curious about lifting? Come and learn how to squat, bench, and deadlift with full coaching and the support of a friendly crew – no experience needed.

    Strength training is about more than lifting weights – it builds confidence, improves posture, supports joint health, and boosts overall fitness. It can increase bone density, reduce injury risk, and help you feel stronger in everyday life, from carrying shopping to excelling in sport.

    Our aim is that you walk away feeling great.

  • learn to box

    New to boxing? This is the perfect place to start. You’ll learn the basics – footwork, stance, and simple combos – all in a supportive, coached session. No pressure, no egos. Just great energy, good people, and a chance to leave feeling strong, empowered, and proud of yourself.

    Boxing is also a brilliant way to build fitness. The mix of footwork and combinations gives you a great cardio workout, improves coordination, sharpens reflexes, and builds agility. It’s a fun, dynamic way to move your body, boost your energy, and develop strength and endurance that carries over into everyday life.

  • Family Classes

    Looking for fun, active ways to get the whole family moving? Our Family Fitness sessions are designed for ages 7+ to train, play, and encourage one another side by side – building strength, coordination, and healthy habits that last. These classes are all about creating positive experiences around movement.

    Creating positive experiences with your guardians during sport is proven to have long lasting effects on your relationship with sport and movement.

    These classes are so popular in our Magdalen Road Gym.
