At The Project PT, we believe in creating a safe, supportive, and empowering space for every young person. Our experienced coaches understand how to engage and inspire children of all abilities, ensuring sessions are fun, inclusive and confidence-building.

STRENGTH FOR 11-17 YEARS

Every Tuesday 7pm

Our strength training program for young people aged 11-17 is perfect for with some experience of the gym or for beginners looking to start their fitness journey. This program provides a supportive and inclusive gym environment where young people can safely develop their strength, improve their physical fitness, and boost their confidence. Guided by experienced trainers, participants learn proper techniques and progressive training methods to ensure effective and injury-free workouts. Strength training at this age helps enhance muscle development, improve sports performance, and promote a healthy lifestyle. Join us to empower your teen with the skills, knowledge, and support they need to thrive in their fitness journey.

Boxing FOR 11-17 YEARS

every Monday 6pm

Our class for young people aged 11–17 offers a fantastic opportunity to develop fitness and life skills while making new friends. Sessions combine agility, cardio, and skill acquisition with a strong focus on emotional regulation, helping participants manage stress and build resilience. The structured environment supports confidence and self-discipline, while improving coordination and overall physical ability. The collaborative nature of the class encourages teamwork and camaraderie, showing the importance of support and respect for others. As they train together, young people form lasting friendships and grow both physically and socially in a safe, inclusive space.

Teen Gym FOR 11-17 YEARS

every thursday 7pm

Our gym class for young people aged 11–17 offers a fantastic opportunity to build fitness while connecting with others. Sessions are designed to support cardiovascular health, improve speed, agility and quickness, and develop transferable skills that enhance performance in a wide range of sports. The structured environment helps teenagers grow in confidence, resilience, and self-discipline, while encouraging them to challenge themselves in a supportive space. Training together fosters teamwork and camaraderie, showing the value of encouragement and respect for others. Join us to help your young person develop a healthy lifestyle, advance their athletic ability, and form lasting friendships in a fun and inclusive setting.

Boxing FOR 6-11 YEARS

Our boxing class for kids aged 6-11 offers a fantastic opportunity for young ones to learn the art of boxing while making new friends. Boxing provides numerous benefits for children, including improved physical fitness, enhanced coordination, and the development of self-discipline and focus. The structured environment helps kids build confidence and resilience, while the collaborative nature of the class fosters camaraderie and teamwork. We keep things simple for parents too, one membership, one class, same time every week. Here’s how it works:

Cost: £49 per month

  1. Class Access: One weekly class, assigned by age group

  2. Automatic Enrollment: Your child is automatically added to the same class, same time, each week

  3. Simple Renewal: Monthly recurring membership for continuous access
