Meet elliot - Sports Rehab Therapist
Elliot is a BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitator who brings a strong, practical approach to injury management and performance. Alongside his work in the gym, he currently works full-time within the RAF, giving him valuable experience in supporting individuals to stay fit, resilient and ready for physical demands.
He works with a wide range of people—from those recovering from injury to those looking to move and train better—focusing on building strength, improving movement and supporting long-term progress.
To work with Elliot, sessions are booked in structured packs to support consistent progress. You can choose either a 4-session pack (£280) or 8-session pack (£560), with sessions typically booked weekly to build momentum and get the most out of your rehab.
