At The Project PT, we believe in the power of personalised support to unlock the potential in every young person. Our part-funded personal training sessions are designed for young individuals who require additional assistance, ensuring they receive the attention and care they deserve.

Our Commitment to Inclusivity

Our dedicated coaches are not only experts in fitness but also trained to be neurodiverse-aware and trauma-informed practitioners. This means they understand and respect the unique needs and experiences of each participant, providing a safe and supportive environment for growth and development.

What We Offer

  • Personalised Training Sessions: Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs, goals, and abilities, ensuring a personalised approach that fosters both physical and emotional well-being.

  • Neurodiverse-Aware Coaching: Our coaches are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively support individuals with neurodiverse needs, creating an inclusive atmosphere where everyone can thrive.

  • Trauma-Informed Practices: Understanding the impact of trauma, our practitioners provide empathetic and sensitive guidance, helping young people build resilience and confidence.

Benefits of Our Sessions

  • Improved Physical Health: Regular physical activity is essential for overall health, and our sessions promote fitness in a fun and engaging way.

Sessions are £190 for 5 sessions, working out at £38/session (35% reduction in our usual 1-to-1 fees) These sessions are for young people with EHCPs or individualised funding. Guardians will need to provide proof.
