Five years ago we set out on a mission to make sport and fitness accessible to all. To support those who didn’t enjoy PE at school or found gyms intimidating. Creating a space to Learn, Lift & Laugh. We soon realised that this wouldn’t be the end of our journey, that the problem we wanted to fix started in our teenage years. At this point we started working with young people to build their confidence in sport and foster a sense of community.
Fast forward 5 years and our social projects now focus on working with young people vulnerable to child criminal exploitation, teenage girls disengaged with physical activity and seniors vulnerable to trips and falls. We have a fantastic community gym on Magdalen Road which is always full of wonderful people truly bought into our mission and a team who fully embody our core values. Kindness, Inclusivity, Community & Impact.
We now need your support to take our mission further. With your help we hope to quadruple our sites and impact over the next few years, allowing us to work with over 1000 young people per year.
We are looking to raise £350,000 through a 6 year Bond with a 7% interest rate, with the minimum investment being £500. Thank you for being a part of our journey, whether a member, investor or supporter. We value being part of this community with you.

Your investment will help us to:
Reach Up to 2000 People: With new gyms, we aim to engage many who would typically shy away from joining gyms, creating more inclusive and supportive fitness environments.
Expand Our Social Impact Program: We plan to significantly increase our engagement to work with over 1000 people annually, providing them with qualifications, life skills, and work experience that can change their trajectory.
Develop Our Library of Qualifications: Funds will also support the creation of at least ten new qualifications for young people at risk and 8 CPD Qualifications for coaches, alongside Level 2 & 3 fitness qualifications to foster a new generation of fitness professionals.
Employment and Training Opportunities: Your investment will enable us to offer stable, well-paid roles to 50 fitness coaches, enriching our ability to support individuals through fitness.
