We have 2 different options:-

  • Wednesday 12pm course - Parent and Carers course taught by Jess (pre/post natal trained)

  • Friday 12pm course - post natal class taught by Sasha (pre/post natal trained)

  • Each course runs for 10-weeks, with 1 session per week, sessions are 55 minutes long.

  • Sessions have a maximum of 6 participants and allows you to bring your non-mobile baby (if you would like).

Be a part of the next cohort of parents and carers to experience our very well received Strength Class. We understand that it can be hard to find time to come into the gym around childcare; however, this course will take away that worry!

Wednesday classes are open to everyone, whereas Friday classes are specifically dedicated to Postnatal training. If you choose to sign up for classes on both Wednesday and Friday, please be assured that the coaches will accommodate this within the session design.

The course will build upon the fundamentals of strength training and is open to all genders. No prior experience in weightlifting or training is necessary.

Throughout the ten weeks, you will build your strength throughout your whole body, rebuilding your core and strength at a pace that suits you. Similar to all our strength classes, these sessions work with each individual at their own pace. You will have your own training book to record your weights and keep track of your progress.

We love working with parents and carers but know how hard it is to find reliable childcare, especially in the first year of your child living with you.

Wednesday classes are not specifically for people who have given birth; we want to ensure these classes are for all and appreciate that not everyone who cares for a baby, and thus is restricted from going to a gym, will have given birth.

The Project PT’s team, qualified in pre and postnatal strength training, use their extensive experience to guide you through your strength class journey. Our friendly and knowledgeable coaches have had numerous experiences in guiding individuals through pre and post-natal strength training programs..

All babies must be non-mobile; by this, we mean they must be able to be left in their carry cots while you train. All participants will be responsible for their own babies, and buggies/prams must be left outside of the gym. We have limited space for foldaway buggies in our vanity area.
