New members begin with our 35-day trial, designed to introduce you to our programmes and coaches.
Your coach will guide you through three personalised 1:1 sessions and five class credits, ensuring you feel confident and supported from day one.
Once you’ve completed your trial, your membership journey continues with one of our monthly plans or class packs.
