Youth Camp - Summer
12-4pm - we know teens need a lie in so our Youth Camp starts a little later, giving them that most important sleep and saving you an argument in the morning.
Our Youth Holiday Camp is designed a little differently.
It’s a space where young people can take more ownership—developing leadership skills, supporting younger children, and gaining real experience of what it means to be part of a camp team.
With a more self-directed approach, they’ll have the opportunity to shape parts of their day, choose activities that interest them, and build skills like confidence, communication, and decision-making along the way.
As part of the week, they’ll spend time supporting our Junior Camps—helping to plan games, create art activities, and gradually step into the role of Camp Leader.
They’ll also have their own space within the camp at St Ebbes Primary School, where they can take some independence—preparing their own lunches (like smoothies or oat bowls), managing a small food budget, and spending time off-site taking part in dedicated ‘Camp Leader’ activities.
We keep the group small (maximum of 10), allowing for a more personal experience and giving each young person the chance to develop skills that can support future opportunities, including working in holiday camps.
A lot of our Camp Leaders go on to start working as Camp Coaches once they have turned 16.
