Our Coaching Philosophy

Our aim is to create a welcoming space where you feel capable, confident, and in control of your movement and strength.

Training takes place at our Botley gym in one of our dedicated studio spaces or class training zones.

We start with a comprehensive assessment of your movement patterns to understand your strengths, areas for improvement, and personal goals. This allows us to design a customised exercise programme tailored specifically to your needs, giving you a clear path forward with purpose and direction.

Our team are highly qualified with years of experience across a diverse range of clients, our coaches combine expertise with genuine care. We’re committed to making your fitness journey positive, comfortable, and uniquely yours.

We specialise in pain management, strength training, sports-specific coaching, and recovery support for those overcoming illness. We know many of our clients come to us with past challenges—whether that’s feeling uncomfortable in traditional gym settings or negative experiences with exercise. We’re here to change that.

We work with all age ranges, from children upwards, and offer a range of pricing options depending on your coaching requirements.
